Pilot Plus and Pilot Deep 2.0 Solicitation

As part of the San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) Energy Savings Assistance Program’s outsourcing activities, we are requesting proposals from the bidder community regarding pilot implementation and installation services for the Energy Savings Assistance (ESA) Program Pilot, which focuses on deep energy savings for low-income residential customers. This is a one-stage solicitation process.

This pilot will serve low-income residential customers in the SDG&E service territory. This pilot will be classified as an implementation pilot with the primary objective of achieving deeper energy savings per home by installing, replacing and inspecting in-home measures.

Deadline to Submit Bids

Bids are due by January 12, 2023 at 5 p.m. PST. See below instructions for where to submit bids and obtain relevant information.

Potential Partnering

SDG&E offers the opportunity for bidders to include their information on a contact list for potential partnering with other bidders. If interested, bidders must complete and submit the Pilot Plus_Pilot Deep 2.0 Request for Proposal - Interested Organizations Form. This form will remain open until January 12, 2023.
